Below are materials you'll need to sell ads and get them placed:

The Ad Contract Form which provides all pricing and content information as well as the form for line listings
The Ad Layout Sheet which provides the dimensions for all types of ad sizes in our playbill: full page; half page; quarter page

Just download the Ad Contract Form and follow the instructions.

If your're using Microsoft Internet Explorer:
Put your cursor on one of the links below, right click, and select "Save Target As." Identify a place on your computer to save your file. Then click "OK." After your file is saved, open your Microsoft Word program and then open the document where you saved it.

$10 Line Greeting (40 Word Maximum)
$50 for Quarter Page Ad
$75 for Half Page Ad
$125 for Full Page Ad
$150 for Inside or Outside Cover Page (first come, first served!)

Ad Sizes

Quarter Page Ad:
   Vertical: 3.8125" (3 13/16") H x 2.375" (2 3/8") W
   Horizontal: 1.875" (1 7/8") H x 4.75" (4 3/4") W

Half Page Ad:
   3.8125" (3 13/16") H x 4.75" (4 3/4") W

Full Page Ad:
   7.625" (7 5/8") H x 4.75" (4 3/4") W

Note: All ads to be submitted for black and white production
